Shipping
A Unique Find Gift Baskets & Gifts currently ships within the Continental United States, utilizing UPS & USPS Services. Shipping time will depend upon the UPS & USPS shipping schedules. Please call us or visit www.UPS.com (Package Tracking) or www.usps.com US Postal Service for estimated delivery times.

For shipping and customer service please provide us your complete address, and telephone number. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Any damages that are incurred during shipping are the responsibility of UPS or the USPS. Claims for damages acquired during shipment must be filed according to UPS or USPS carrier rules.

**Gifts may arrive in separate boxes and on different days** Please note that because we have specialty partners your gifts may not all ship from the same location.


Wrong Address Fee
In the event we are provided with a wrong delivery address you will be assessed an additional $10.00 fee. This fee is provided to the carrier as they will bill us for the redelivery of your package.

Returns
Here at A Unique Find Gift Baskets & Gifts we take pride in each and every gift we create for our customers. If you are not satisfied with a purchase we will gladly exchange the item or issue a refund after the return of the original item. All items to be returned must be in original condition as received and require an approval code before being returned. Inclimate/Bad Weather: We make every effort to get your gift to your gift and centerpieces to your recipient by having them picked up or taken to the courier promptly to meet your delivery request. Unfortunately bad weather can at times delay delivery of your gift/centerpiece to your recipient or event. Please allow ample time for your gift/centerpiece to arrive ahead of schedule as we do not give refunds for delay in shipping due to bad weather, unless the item is a cheesecake or sugar free cake.
